Parent Power Hour

Workshop Series

Equipping Families to Make a Difference.

Parenting is a journey best taken together. Parent Power Hour is an interactive workshop series designed to give parents and caregivers practical tools, encouragement, and actionable strategies for raising confident, resilient, and purpose-driven children.

Hosted by Living Arrows in partnership with your community, each 60-minute session breaks down essential parenting foundations into manageable, real-world habits you can start using at home immediately. Plus, every session features a fun, themed treat bar to enjoy while you connect with fellow parents!

Overview of Core Pillars

Our curriculum follows The Bow & Arrow framework, guiding parents through four essential pillars of youth development:

  • Identity: The Pullback -  Helping children understand their intrinsic worth and modeling positive values at home.

  • Character: Aiming High - Shaping your kiddos flight through training to live wisely using balanced discipline and clear boundaries.

  • Relationships: Straight and True - Fostering connection through heart-level communication, empathy, and social confidence.

  • Purpose: Flight Path - Helping children launch with purpose through discovering their unique talents and purpose.

What Sets us Apart?

What sets us apart is that we offer a program that is intentional about equipping the next generation with life skills and character values to make a difference in our world and community.

Our program is structured, with hands on learning, physical exercises, team building opportunities.

Working in the education field and serving in the community for over two decades has allowed Coach Alvarez to observe what is missing in other programs and schools. He desires to proactively instill these life skills and character values, for the whole family.

He has sought out high quality, certified, and experienced teachers. He has also enlisted passionate experts and community members to impart their wisdom to the kids and parents in our courses. He also offers opportunities for older siblings to become Jr. counselors where they will be mentored in leadership skills.

In addition, 10% of all profits will go to local orphans. We are also working to provide an opportunity for our courses to be brought to them in the future.

Lastly you invest in my family; we are a local family-owned business. Our family is passionate about making a positive impact here in our community.
